The Martin 00-28 Modern Deluxe brings the warmth and character of a Golden Era Martin into a beautifully intimate Grand Concert body. Its spruce Vintage Tone System top and Golden Era-style X-bracing give the guitar an aged-in quality, with clear highs, focused mids, and a gentle low end that stays articulate under the fingers. It’s a wonderfully responsive guitar for fingerstyle playing and lighter strumming, rewarding a nuanced touch with plenty of warmth, detail, and musical color.

This is an acoustic that feels as carefully considered as it sounds. Natural protein glue and a lightweight carbon-fiber bridge plate help the top respond freely, while Liquidmetal bridge pins reflect string energy back into the guitar for added volume and presence. The slightly asymmetrical neck sits comfortably in the hand, and EVO gold frets provide a smooth, effortless playing surface that makes everything from intricate fingerstyle passages to relaxed chord work feel natural.

The Modern Deluxe treatment also gives the 00-28 an unmistakable sense of occasion. European flamed-maple binding, Waverly gold open-gear tuners, and a 1933-style pearl logo add understated elegance without distracting from the beauty of the wood. Compact, comfortable, and remarkably expressive, the Martin 00-28 Modern Deluxe is a perfect meeting point between vintage Martin character and modern craftsmanship.
