2007 Jackson DKMG Dinky with Upgraded Gotoh 1996T – Transparent Red Flame Maple

Upgraded, shred-ready, and professionally optimized. Up for sale is a fantastic 2007 Jackson DKMG Dinky in great condition, featuring a gorgeous Transparent Red finish over a striking flame maple veneer and premium hardware upgrades that elevate it far beyond its original factory specs.

The standout feature of this guitar is the bridge. The original Jackson licensed tremolo has been completely replaced with a top-of-the-line Gotoh 1996T locking tremolo—widely considered one of the best double-locking trems on the market for tuning stability and smooth action. To ensure structural integrity and maximum sustain, the modification was done correctly: the original wood screws were pulled, and the proper Gotoh heavy-duty stud anchors were professionally installed/routed into the body. It stays in perfect tune no matter how hard you abuse the whammy bar. EMG 81 in the bridge and an EMG 85 in the neck. This combination delivers the ultimate crushing high-gain rhythm tones and smooth, fluid leads.

Condition:

The guitar is in overall great cosmetic and structural shape for a 2007 model. The transparent red finish beautifully highlights the flame maple top. From the front, it looks incredibly clean, with only minor swirl marks from normal play. There are a few minor dings on the guitar, but they are not noticeable on the face; the most notable ding is on the lower bout/edge, which is completely hidden from the front view. The neck is straight, the truss rod functions perfectly, and the frets have plenty of life left. It has been freshly cleaned, conditioned, and set up with low, fast action.

Comes with the tremolo arm. It will be packed securely and shipped fully insured.
