Every capsule is handcrafted and individually tuned in our very own factory, while matched pairs are carefully selected from hundreds of individual capsules to ensure the highest possible consistency and performance. With the lowest noise and highest SPL capability in its class, the sE8 Supercardioid Capsule is the perfect choice for demanding applications where focused pickup and excellent off-axis rejection are essential, from close-miking drums and percussion to acoustic guitar, orchestral instruments, and other solo sources.

Focused supercardioid pickup
Thanks to its sophisticated acoustic design, the sE8 Supercardioid delivers pristine, transparent sound without unwanted coloration. Its highly consistent supercardioid polar pattern provides precise, focused capture with excellent off-axis rejection, minimizing bleed from surrounding instruments while preserving the natural character of the source.

Hand-crafted small condenser capsule
Every capsule is hand-crafted and individually tuned in our very own factory with the highest attention to detail. The ultra-thin gold-sputtered diaphragm delivers an impressive transient response that enables the capture of even the smallest nuances, and the ultra-precision electrode is optimized for superb linearity and natural sonics, ensuring a consistently smooth and balanced frequency response.
