Schecter Hellraiser C-8 Left-Handed 8-String Electric Guitar Black Cherry

Schecter Hellraiser C-8 Left-Handed 8-String Electric Guitar, Black Cherry

The Hellraiser C-8 left-handed delivers a thin, fast-playing neck that rewards extended technical sessions with comfort and precision. Its mahogany body with quilted maple top resonates with natural warmth and sustain, while the active EMG 808 pickups maintain tight, articulate tone across the full 8-string range. Built for players who demand both playability and sonic aggression in modern metal, progressive, and djent applications.

Playability & Neck Construction

The thin 'C'-profile neck measures .787" at the 1st fret and .866" at the 12th, paired with a 28" scale optimized for 8-string tuning and 24 X-Jumbo frets on a 16" radius rosewood fretboard for fast lateral movement and precise intonation. Set-neck construction with Ultra Access provides a secure body-to-neck joint while maintaining ergonomic access to upper frets, critical for extended-range work on an 8-string.

Tone & Electronics

Dual EMG 808 active pickups deliver punchy, defined output across all eight strings with tight low-end response and crystalline high-end clarity. The volume/volume/tone/3-way switch topology provides dual-pickup voicing control, while the 9-volt clip-in battery compartment powers the active electronics for consistent gain and output.
