Description

Now available on Sterno’s STRATosphere & Pedal Emporium is the sought-after Limited Edition Dunlop Joe Bonamassa Fuzz Face in the striking Polished Copper chassis (JBF3). Sterno is the original owner, he bought it when it came out in 2011. The pedal is in Mint condition and has stayed in a clean, smoke-free home studio. It has never been gigged, pedalboard-mounted with harsh adhesives, or gigged out.

Why the Copper Version is Special:

Beyond its incredible vintage sound, this limited edition (numbered 327 of 1,000) features a gleaming polished copper housing. Designed to mirror Joe’s own well-traveled prototype, this finish naturally ages and develops a rich vintage patina over time, making every copper unit unique as it breaks in. Please note that it has not aged yet, that’s up to you! It has been stored in the original plastic bag and box that it shipped in. Serial Number AB31D503

Key Features & Sound:

“We developed my signature Fuzz Face to be the go-to pedal for instantaneous rich and creamy fuzz.  The results will drive you to inspired places.  So plug in and kick it on.”  Joe Bonamassa

Unlike typical vintage Fuzz Faces that blow out or get muddy with humbuckers, Dunlop engineered this circuit specifically to pair seamlessly with humbucking pickups and cranked tube amps.

• Hand-Matched NOS Russian Military Germanium Transistors: Delivers warm, creamy, organic vintage fuzz with exceptional dynamic response.
• Humbucker-Optimized Voice: Custom-tuned so low frequencies stay tight and clear without losing mid-range punch or sustain.
• Dynamic Clean-Up: Rolling back your guitar’s volume knob yields a glassy, chimey clean tone directly from your volume pot.
• Vintage-Correct Hardware: Features hand-wired point-to-point style construction, UK-made Omeg potentiometers for smooth control and authentic vintage sweep, classic top-hat control knobs, and 100% True Bypass switching.

What’s Included:

• Dunlop Joe Bonamassa Fuzz Face Pedal (Polished Copper)
• Original Box & Dunlop documentation from box
• 9v Lithium Battery (Note, the Fuzz Face does not have a 9v barrel jack so it cannot be powered by a wall wart)
