This is one of the early 4-tube model's and it is MINT. No scratches or blemishes, in perfect condition. I put it into a rack in the studio and it never left the studio since. Has all the original packaging and information. The early versions of these are in my humble opinion much creamier than the latter one's where they changed the design - these are closer and more evocative of their Sta-level in terms of sonic character in my experience. I use it on vocals, bass, snare, and acoustics with excellent results always. The only reason I am selling is that I just added another vari-mu to my rack (Highland Dynamics BG2) and have a pair of those now, so I am covered in terms of this type of tube compressor. Will be packed amazingly well and double boxed etc.
