For sale are my matching pair of vintage Jensen P12Q alnico speakers, 8 ohms, one from late 1953 and the other from early 1954. Both work perfectly, no rubs, have their original smooth cones, and sound great - just re-tested both using my 1959 Ampeg Jet amp. Originally rated at 14 watts each; I suggest you don't push them at full volume due to their age. Original, smooth cones are in great condition; baskets very good with just some scratches and tiny paint drops.

I picked these up decades ago, planned to do a tweed amp project but never got around to it, so here they are - holy grail speakers for authentic tweed tone. Selling these as a pair and, because they are fully functional with pristine voice coils and original paper, am asking $800. They will be expertly packed, insured, and shipped.

Thanks for looking! Hank
