This listing is for a 2008 Custom Shop NOS 62 Precision bass with natural play wear that has occurred since it was new. I am the second owner of this bass. It has a Seymour Duncan Antiquity II pickup installed with CTS pots and an orange drop capacitor. Original pickup will be included. Bass feels, plays, and sounds fantastic. I’m only selling because I have others that I play more often. Plenty of life left on the frets. Please see photos for finish checking, buckle rash, etc. The only blemishes outside of normal wear worth noting are shown in the last two pictures: 1) a very slight hairline crack in the rosewood board at the heel end of the instrument. I took a close up picture of it to get it to show up as best as I could, but it’s barely noticeable. I had a local luthier look at it, and he said he wouldn’t be concerned with it, and 2) some paint chipping on the body where the neck pocket meets the neck, which happens a lot on these when the necks have to come off for truss rod adjustments.
