Dentone Lone Ranger Rangemaster treble boost booster 2026 Texas clone

DenTone clone of the Cesar Diaz Texas Ranger, which was basically a Dallas Rangemaster clone with some subtle but important mods. The Youtube demo is an absolutely amazing demo from Blue Luke, who owns one of my clones of the Texas Ranger.

One volume knob and one three position switch to select from treble or full range boost. Extremely versatile pedal. With the originals going for well over $1000 now, here is a pedal board friendly version that you don't have to worry about as much as a collector piece. True bypass switching and utilizes a standard power supply.

If you know, you know. The Cesar Diaz Texas Ranger is widely considered one of the finest treble boosters ever made — a souped-up evolution of the Dallas Rangemaster circuit that Cesar refined through years of working hands-on with SRV, Eric Clapton, Bob Dylan, and Neil Young. The man was called "The Amp Doctor" for a reason, and his Texas Ranger was the secret weapon behind some of the most iconic blues-drenched tones ever recorded.

The DenTone Lone Ranger captures exactly that magic. This is a clone of the Texas Ranger circuit — the same glassy chime, the same touch-sensitive bloom, the same ability to transform a good tube amp into a great one. Like the original, it features a Hi/Mid/Lo 3 position EQ switch plus a gain/boost control that cleans up beautifully with your guitar's volume knob.
