Up for auction is a 50 watt 1983 Marshall JCM 800 model 4210 in very good cosmetic and mechanical condition. It features the original Drake transformers, original filter caps and a single, period correct, British made Celestion G12s-50 speaker which many consider to be a significant upgrade over the original G12m-70 speaker (delivering a warmer, more organic sound reminiscent of a vintage Greenback but with the appropriate handling power for this amp). Also included is a freshly installed pair of Ruby EL 34 power tubes. The amp sounds absolutely killer with these tubes, although the bias has not been checked. The reverb sounds excellent as well.
Vintage Marshall JCM 800s are some of the best rock ‘n’ roll amps ever made and are great investments too!

This amp is listed on Ebay, Reverb and locally on Albany, New York craigslist, each priced accordingly. If shipped, the amp will be double boxed and fully insured. Please NOTE: the amp can be picked up near Albany NY where it is also being shipped from (not Albuquerque, as noted above in the listing). Shipping extra outside continental US (please discuss before buying).
