The guitar has been professionally modified with a set of Motor City Detroiter pickups and microswitches that allow series, parallel, and split-coil operation. These give the guitar a wider range of tones while keeping the aggressive character the Katatonia models are known for. The original electronics have been carefully upgraded; everything is clean and functional.
