Black Cherry – A Finish That Demands Attention

The first thing you'll notice about the Omen Extreme-6 FR is its spectacular Black Cherry finish.

Deep, rich red tones flow across a beautifully figured quilted maple top, creating a dramatic three-dimensional appearance that looks incredible under stage lighting.

Beneath that eye-catching top lies a resonant mahogany body, delivering a warm, powerful tonal foundation with rich mids and excellent sustain.

The guitar's elegant arched-top design adds depth and character, while distinctive crème multi-ply binding provides a striking contrast against the dark finish.

Sleek black chrome hardware completes the aggressive aesthetic, giving this guitar the perfect balance of refined elegance and modern metal attitude.

From the stage to the studio, the Black Cherry Omen Extreme-6 FR is an instrument that's impossible to ignore.

Beautifully sinister. Unmistakably Schecter.

Thin "C" Maple Neck – Built for Speed and Comfort

A guitar bearing the Extreme name needs a neck that can keep up with demanding players.

The Omen Extreme-6 FR features a comfortable maple neck with Schecter's Thin "C" profile, designed to provide smooth, responsive playability for everything from aggressive rhythm work to lightning-fast technical solos.

Its traditional bolt-on construction delivers a solid, familiar playing feel, while the double-cutaway body design provides comfortable access to the upper frets.

The rosewood fingerboard features a 14-inch radius and 24 extra-jumbo frets, creating a smooth playing surface ideal for expressive string bends, intricate technical passages, and powerful chord work.

Beautiful abalone and pearloid vector inlays add a distinctive visual touch, perfectly complementing the guitar's stunning quilted maple top.

With its familiar 25.5-inch scale length, the Omen Extreme-6 FR provides excellent string tension, crisp attack, and responsive playability.

Whether you're navigating complex riffs, executing fast alternate picking, or unleashing soaring lead passages, this neck is ready to keep up.

Smooth feel. Fast response. Serious shredder potential.

Schecter Diamond Plus – Aggressive Power. Surprising Versatility.

When it's time to turn up the gain, the Schecter Omen Extreme-6 FR doesn't hold back.

Armed with a pair of Schecter Diamond Plus high-output humbuckers, this guitar delivers thick, aggressive tones with powerful lows, punchy mids, and cutting highs.

The Diamond Plus bridge humbucker provides the attack and output needed for crushing palm-muted riffs, massive power chords, and aggressive lead playing.

Whether you're exploring classic heavy metal, modern hard rock, thrash, or alternative rock, this pickup delivers the punch and articulation to make every note count.

Switch to the Diamond Plus neck humbucker for warmer, smoother tones with rich sustain and expressive character, perfect for fluid solos, melodic passages, and full-bodied rhythm work.

But there's more to this guitar than high-gain aggression.

A convenient push/pull tone control provides coil-splitting capability, allowing you to move from powerful humbucker sounds to brighter, leaner single-coil-style tones.

Combined with independent volume controls for each pickup and a three-way selector switch, the Omen Extreme-6 FR offers impressive tonal flexibility.

From shimmering cleans and blues-inspired textures to aggressive rock crunch and saturated metal distortion, this guitar provides the tools to explore your own signature sound.

Two powerful humbuckers. Multiple tonal personalities. Endless inspiration.

Floyd Rose Special – Dive Bombs Without Fear

No true shred machine would be complete without a tremolo system designed for serious expression.

The Omen Extreme-6 FR comes equipped with a Floyd Rose Special double-locking tremolo, allowing players to unleash dramatic dive bombs, screaming harmonic squeals, aggressive pitch bends, and expressive vibrato.

The double-locking system secures the strings at both the nut and bridge, helping maintain stable tuning through demanding tremolo techniques.

Whether you're recreating the explosive solos of classic metal legends or experimenting with your own signature effects, the Floyd Rose Special gives you the freedom to push your playing further.

Schecter tuning machines provide smooth, dependable tuning adjustments, while the locking nut completes a performance-ready hardware package.

From hard-hitting live performances to detailed studio sessions, the Omen Extreme-6 FR is ready for action.

Dive deeper. Bend further. Take it to the extreme.

Premium Looks. Serious Performance. Exceptional Value.

The Schecter Omen Extreme-6 FR proves that a guitar doesn't need an extravagant price tag to deliver exceptional looks and impressive performance.

Its beautifully figured quilted maple top, rich Black Cherry finish, and elegant crème binding create the appearance of a much more expensive instrument.

But its real strength lies in its carefully selected performance features.

The comfortable Thin "C" neck, 24 extra-jumbo frets, versatile Diamond Plus pickups, and expressive Floyd Rose tremolo combine to create a guitar capable of handling an impressive range of musical styles.

Whether you're a metal guitarist chasing crushing riffs, a hard rock player looking for powerful lead tones, or an aspiring shredder ready to push your technique further, the Omen Extreme-6 FR delivers the features you need to make it happen.
