[Gibson J-200 The64 #12094095 / Made in 2014]

Like the renowned J-45 The59 project, the J-200 The64 was crafted as a collaborative limited run between Kurosawa Music and Gibson. A prized original 1964 vintage guitar owned by our staff was sent to the Gibson factory for an extensive three-month analysis and historic reproduction. This model was strictly limited to only 50 units, and this particular guitar comes from the highly sought-after first run.

Despite being made in 2014, it remains in near-mint, miraculous condition. There are only a few very minor dings upon close inspection and a tiny mark on the tip of the headstock, showing virtually no signs of playwear. The previous owner upgraded the tuners to vintage-accurate Kluson Waffleback tuners to closer match the authentic 1964 look. The finish retains its full luster and the gold hardware remains remarkably clean.

Equipped with the iconic Tune-O-Matic bridge, it produces the definitive, authoritative acoustic drive that only a 1960s-spec J-200 can deliver.
