I purchased a Marshall 1936 2x12 cab from a seller on Reverb recently. He installed these two new speakers in the cab and I swapped them out upon arrival. Both speakers function perfect and appear to be in near mint condition. Speaker terminal posts have not been soldered.
I have a pair of G12-65s that I prefer over these. The V30s are a classic for a good reason, they cut and growl. Great speakers, I can only keep one pair for now.
