If you happen to be in the market for one of these, you can buy a brand new one for $280… or... you can buy this one that is impossible to tell from new for half off at $140
So what the hell is this thing anyway? That's exactly what I asked myself when I first saw it.
I bought this kind of on a whim, not knowing exactly what to expect from it, but it looked very well built, made in the USA, and I know firsthand the huge difference impedance makes on microphones as well as the preamps they plug into.
This is a simple passive device, but I found it can shape the tone of the mics and preamps it is put in between of... in a definitely audible way & sometimes very dramatic way!
It's in mint condition and I'm just purging/downsizing surplus items from the studio. Complete as pictured with original box packing and manual.
BONUS! I'm including qty two 6 foot high quality Jumperz XLR cables... to connect this box up! that's about another $70 in value
They're handmade in USA $280 new and I will sell it for half off at $140 but as mentioned, that includes $70 in high-quality XLR cables.
$15 fixed shipping.
