Under the hood is a pair of Schecter Diamond Active HB-105S humbuckers powered by a 9-volt battery. Active pickups deliver strong, consistent output with a very low noise floor, so high-gain rhythm parts stay tight and articulate. Roll back the volume or switch to the neck pickup and the guitar settles into a smooth, round voice for singing leads and cleaner passages. Unlike many passive setups, the volume and tone controls respond evenly across their full sweep, so you can dial in exactly what you want without the sound turning muddy or thin.

The bolt-on maple neck features a slim Thin C profile, measuring .787" at the 1st fret and .866" at the 12th, paired with a flat 14" radius and 24 X-jumbo frets for easy bends and quick runs all the way up the neck. The 25.5" scale gives you familiar string tension for standard and dropped tunings, and the Tune-O-Matic bridge with string-thru body anchoring adds sustain and tuning stability. A Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut helps strings glide and return to pitch, while the arched basswood body with aged cream binding stays comfortable through long sets.
