Circa 1968 Gibson ES-335 TDC, all original minus replaced Grover tuners and replaced nut. Bridge pickup surround is also replaced. Holes on back of headstock have been crudely filled where the screws of the original tuners were. Top and back show moderate play wear with various dings, scrapes and scuffs. Original finish shows the beginnings of checking; extremely light so far. Back of neck exhibits extensive wear from being set on counters, tables, etc with divots you can plainly feel. 1 9/16" nut width. Headstock shows normal wear around the edges as well. Overall playability is excellent with truss rod functioning correctly. Original patent number pickups have been wax potted - the neck pickup has a comical amount of wax on it and the bridge pickup cover shows evidence of being removed at some point. Both pickups are working good, though, and deliver that classic tone through this wonderful instrument. Comes with original Gibson hard shell case.
