The Jackson Audio Bloom Compressor / EQ V2 (MIDI) is a three-in-one dynamic control pedal for guitar and bass that combines optical compression, a 3-band Baxandall EQ, and a programmable boost/sustain circuit. It retails for around $379 new.

• Optical Compressor: Inspired by vintage tube-style limiters (like the LA-2A), it features six selectable compression modes with different attack/release times and dual-compressor options (ranging from 2.5ms to 120ms). [1, 2, 3]
• Baxandall Active EQ: A studio-grade 3-band EQ offering ±12dB of boost or cut for bass, middle, and treble frequencies with center detents. [1, 2]
• Bloom / Boost Circuit: Provides up to 20dB of transparent boost with a standard press, or a programmable 1-to-5-second gradual volume/sustain ramp (the "bloom" swell) when holding the footswitch. [1, 2]
