MXR M133 Micro Amp — Excellent Studio Condition — Original Box & Manual Included
Description:
Up for sale is a flawless MXR M133 Micro Amp clean boost pedal. This specific unit has spent its entire life inside a smoke-free, climate-controlled studio environment and has never been mounted to a gigging pedalboard. It functions perfectly and looks fantastic.
The History:
First introduced by MXR in the late 1970s, the Micro Amp is an absolute icon of analog utility. It became a secret weapon for legendary players ranging from Alex Lifeson of Rush to Jack White of The White Stripes. Originally designed to combat signal degradation caused by long, complex cable runs on massive arena stages, guitarists quickly realized that its all-analog, single-op-amp circuit did something magical to a tube amplifier. It doesn't color your EQ; instead, it injects a pristine, transparent +26dB of pure gain that breathes life into your signal chain and pushes the front end of any tube amp into natural, musical harmonic breakup.
