Listed is a complete Ampex 350-2 reel to reel recorder. This set is complete with 2 electronic units, 2 power supplies, 1 remote, 1 350 transport, 1 additional 351 transport (2 total transports, the later installed within the cabinet), and 1 351 equipment rack.

None of this equipment is functional or has been tested and will need a complete, labor intensive restoration. I had ambitions to pursue the restoration, but in the years since I acquired this gear I never had a full workshop to begin the attempt and has only been collecting dust.

The cosmetic condition is nothing special with ample corrosion, mold and mild rust. According to the previous owner "it worked when it was last used", though my best guess was that was over 30 years ago. To my knowledge, the original owner of the 350 system was a Pennsylvania based recording studio called "Strata Studios".

This equipment is sold as a set and will not be parted out to audiophiles or musicians who only want the electronic units.

Additionally, local pickup is the only option for purchase. This equipment is currently located in a basement and must be hauled up a flight of steps to remove it from its current home.
