Meinl 20" Byzance Foundry Reserve Light Ride - 2045g - Excellent Condition

The Meinl 20" Byzance Foundry Reserve Light Ride is a premium hand-hammered B20 cymbal built around a dark, complex voice and exceptional responsiveness.

Its light weight produces a low fundamental pitch with a rich, brooding wash, while still retaining enough stick definition to function as a true ride. It also opens up beautifully when crashed, making it an unusually versatile cymbal for players who want one piece that can comfortably cover both ride and crash duties.

Sonic Splice Notes

At 2045g, this is a very responsive 20" ride with a dark, rich wash and excellent crashability. The stick remains defined enough for ride work, but the cymbal opens easily into a deep, complex crash when played toward the edge.

The Foundry Reserve line has a distinctly organic, handcrafted character, and this Light Ride is especially appealing for players who want a cymbal that can breathe, move, and respond dynamically rather than feeling rigid under the stick.

It does show fingerprints and normal stick marks, but these are cosmetic only. Structurally, the cymbal is in excellent condition.
