Kay K36 "N-Series" Hollowbody Acoustic Guitar (1950s - Natural)

Make: Kay

Model: K36

Finish: Natural

Set-up & Playability: Baseball bat neck!

Case: N/A

Notes: This came in on consignment recently and it's pretty sick! Neck feels like holding a baseball bat but still very comfortable! Sounds great too!

Some info from Steven from Kaybass.com: "

You have a K36 Mahogany, catalogued '48-51.

All tThe N-1 and similar inkstamps inside Kay guitars and mandolins are simple inspectors' marks, and have nothing to do with model designations. Please note this: the 'N-series' myth is one of the most pernicious of the many circulating online about Kay guitars, causing great and continuing confusion among retailers, buyers and owners as it self-perpetuates."

SO - this is a K36 and "N-Series" has become a sort of colloquial misnomer regarding this series! (Leaving it in here for ease of search)

Consignment Disclaimer: Like all my consignments, this thing is being sold "as described" regardless of condition and is not eligible for returns. Please ask any questions you may have before purchasing! (See my shop policies for more information)

As always, we cleaned it up, polished the finish, flushed the electronics (if applicable), changed the strings, performed all routine maintenance and set the action low and smooth. All of our packages are packed tight enough to survive the apocalypse and we insure every parcel for the full purchase amount.

Got questions? Shoot me a message, I love nerding out with other gearheads!
