The TASCAM DP-24SD 24-track digital Portastudio is an all-in-one recording solution for musicians seeking professional results without complex computer interfaces. Featuring eight XLR microphone inputs, 24 recording tracks and a built-in mixer with 10 digital effects processors, the DP-24SD provides everything needed to capture pristine audio and craft radio-ready mixes.

Eight Channels of Crystal-Clear Preamps

The DP-24SD's eight microphone preamps ensure that every nuance of your performance is translated accurately to digital format. With switchable +48V phantom power, the preamps handle both condenser and dynamic microphones with ease. Monitoring each input and output is simple thanks to the unit's large full-color LCD screen.

Powerful Onboard Effects and Mastering Tools

Shape your sound and polish your mixes with the DP-24SD's comprehensive built-in effects, which include compression, EQ, reverb, delay, guitar amp modeling and more across 10 separate effects processors. The master section provides final touches like multi-band EQ, limiting and normalization. With these professional tools at your fingertips, you can craft radio-ready mixes and masters entirely within the DP-24SD.

Simple, Intuitive Workflow

Despite its impressive capabilities, the DP-24SD is designed to keep music making fun. With its straightforward interface, tactile control surface and clear display, the creative process remains inspiring rather than tedious. Recording, overdubbing, editing and mixing are intuitive, allowing you to focus on the music rather than technical details.

High-Capacity Storage and Versatile I/O

Record up to eight tracks simultaneously to the DP-24SD's built-in 80GB hard drive. Completed productions can be exported via USB to a computer for sharing and distribution or saved to SD card. Analog and digital I/O—including MIDI, word clock and S/PDIF—provide connectivity for outboard gear, instruments and more.
