The Taylor Sunset Blvd 214ce-N Plus SEB (Shaded Edge Burst) brings the expressive warmth of nylon strings into a comfortable, modern acoustic guitar that feels approachable from the very first chord. Built around Taylor’s versatile Grand Auditorium body with a Venetian cutaway, it offers a more familiar playing experience for steel-string players while opening the door to the softer attack and rounded character of nylon. A solid torrefied spruce top pairs with layered Indian rosewood back and sides to create a clear, articulate voice with a snappy response, balanced projection, and an extra touch of warmth and played-in sweetness. Whether you're exploring classical-inspired passages, adding subtle textures to contemporary songwriting, or simply looking for a different tonal color, the Taylor Sunset Blvd 214ce-N Plus SEB brings something fresh to your playing.

Comfort is a major part of the appeal, with Taylor’s slim neck and a 1-7/8-inch nut width making this nylon-string model feel less imposing than a traditional classical guitar. The generous fingerboard space still allows room for expressive fingerstyle playing, while the familiar body shape keeps strumming and chord changes feeling natural. Its Sunset Edgeburst finish, full-body gloss, and Italian acrylic diamond inlays give the Taylor Sunset Blvd 214ce-N Plus SEB a distinctive look, blending vintage-inspired warmth with Taylor’s clean, contemporary aesthetic. Classical-style nickel tuners with pearloid buttons add another elegant detail to a guitar designed to look as inviting as it feels to play.

When it’s time to plug in, the Taylor Sunset Blvd 214ce-N Plus SEB features Taylor’s ES-N pickup system, designed specifically for nylon-string instruments to help preserve the guitar’s natural voice in amplified settings. That makes it a versatile choice for live performances, recording sessions, and players who want to bring nylon-string character into a wider range of musical situations. A lightweight, durable AeroCase makes transportation easy, while the combination of comfortable playability, articulate tone, and distinctive styling gives this special Sunset Blvd Collection model a personality all its own.
