This is the one everyone wishes they bought new: a final-year Korean Samick factory build featuring all the premium specs that Gretsch later changed or dropped.

Why this era is highly sought after:

● Real Rosewood Fretboard: Dark, tight-grained Indian rosewood (not the current laurel used on newer models).

● Rosewood-Base Pinned Adjusto-Matic Bridge: Premium rosewood base.

● Original Blacktop Filter’Tron Pickups: Delivering a warmer, fatter tone than the newer FT-5E pickups.

● Classic Aesthetics: Cream binding & aged-cream pearloid Neo-Classic thumbnail inlays.

● Neck Profile: Comfortable U-shaped maple neck with a Graph Tech NuBone nut.

● Traditional Parallel-Post Bracing: Offers a more open, woody, vintage tone than the current trestle-block bracing.

Condition & Setup:

● Condition: Literally mint. Zero dings, scratches, or fret wear.

● Care: Adult-owned, kept in a humidity-controlled environment, and never gigged.

● Setup: Fresh professional setup with D'Addario flats.

● Mods: Currently wearing an AllParts Space Control bridge (the original pinned rosewood Adjust-o-Matic is included in the case).

What’s Included:

● Factory Gretsch wooden hardshell case (excellent condition).

Terms:

● $550

● Local pickup only here in Port Saint Lucie. No shipping.
