This made in Japan Fender PJ-40 Jazz Bass Special plays and sounds great! The bass is comprised of a basswood body, "C" shape maple neck, and rosewood fretboard. This is a great option for those seeking the best of both worlds of a PJ pickup configuration.

This bass shows minor cosmetic wear that includes light surface scratches and scuffs throughout the body from normal play. There's also some small finish chips located on the side of the neck pocket and the additional small dings on the headstock. The frost white finish has also started to age nicely from over time. The frets still have plenty of life and the electronics work as they should.

This bass is all original.
