This is a very rare Odyssey Attilla Bass which I bought new in the early 80's. It had a complete overhaul of the twin truss rods (which were seized) and set up about 10 years ago after I got it back from a friend who I sold it to in the early 90's. The DiMarzio pickups sound fantastic and there is a series/ parallel switch. There are two small imperfections in the paint and scratches on the headstock (see pics) but otherwise its in great condition.
I can't a serial number anywhere on it I seem to remember there was a sticker somewhere on it when I got it new?
This is a striking example of the boutique craftsmanship that defined Canadian luthier Attila Balogh’s work, built during the early ’80s—an era when Odyssey was quietly producing some of the most sophisticated and artistically forward basses on the market.
