From the 1950's and 60's this is a Ludwig 14" 8 lug nickel over brass triple flange hoop! It shows signs of use and age with scratches, rust, and pitting. There are some areas of flaking. Seems to be in round and should function 100%. There are some numbers and letters carved into it.
