This 1969 Les Paul Custom is in Very Good condition. The Ebony finish is original and shows finish checking throughout the body, along with dings and scratches from more than fifty years of playing. The pickups, electronics and hardware are all original, and nothing has been changed or replaced. It comes in its original case with its original Gibson hang tags, guarantee tag included, and the 1971 bill of sale from Concert One Stop in Honolulu. It weighs 9 lb 6 oz.

Gibson brought the Les Paul back into production in 1968, and the Custom returned in Ebony, the finish behind the Black Beauty name. This one is an all-original example from those first years back, with the finish, pickups and hardware exactly as they left Kalamazoo.
