Epiphone Les Paul Standard '60s Figured Electric Guitar - Lemon Burst

** Has a cracked neck at the nut on both sides. Missing the gig bag. **

Inspired by one of the most celebrated eras in electric guitar history, the Epiphone Les Paul Standard ’60s Figured electric guitar captures the sleek feel, refined tone and visual elegance of the late ’50s and early ’60s Les Paul Standards. Built with a mahogany body and maple cap topped by a highly figured maple veneer, it delivers the signature midrange authority and clarity that defined the era. A fast-playing SlimTaper ’60s C neck profile, smooth rosewood fingerboard and a pair of Epiphone ProBucker humbuckers complete a design that balances vintage character with modern playability. It is available in Lemon Burst and Dark Purple Burst finishes offered exclusively at Guitar Center.

Figured Maple Top With Classic Les Paul Construction

The foundation of the Les Paul Standard ’60s Figured begins with a mahogany body paired with a maple cap, producing the rich, sustaining voice that has made the Les Paul a studio and stage staple for decades. A highly figured maple veneer adds visual depth and elegance, delivering the look of a vintage burst-inspired instrument while retaining the tonal balance players expect. Single-ply binding along the top and fingerboard reinforces the guitar’s classic presentation.

ProBucker Humbuckers With Vintage-Inspired Wiring

Epiphone ProBucker pickups bring classic PAF-style tone to the Les Paul Standard ’60s Figured, with a ProBucker 2 in the neck position and a slightly hotter ProBucker 3 in the bridge. This pairing delivers warm cleans articulate midrange and singing sustain with enough output to push an amp naturally. Wired to individual volume and tone controls using CTS potentiometers, the electronics respond dynamically to touch and control adjustments.

SlimTaper ’60s Neck Profile for Fast Comfortable Playability

A mahogany neck with a SlimTaper ’60s C profile offers a noticeably sleeker feel than traditional ’50s necks, making it ideal for players who favor speed and fluid lead work. The long neck tenon enhances stability and sustain, while the rosewood fingerboard with pearloid trapezoid inlays provides a smooth responsive surface across all 22 medium-jumbo frets.

Road-Ready Hardware With Period-Correct Appointments

Reliable performance comes from Epiphone’s LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge and LockTone stop bar tailpiece, helping maximize sustain while keeping intonation solid. Grover Rotomatic tuning machines and a Graph Tech nut provide consistent tuning stability, while gold Top Hat knobs with dial pointers complete the instrument’s unmistakable Les Paul aesthetic.
