JBL AM7212/95 Two-way Full Range Loudspeaker

The AM7212/95 is a versatile full-range loudspeaker built for professional installations where consistent coverage and reliable output are non-negotiable. Its compact footprint and rotatable design make it equally at home mounted high on a wall or positioned horizontally, delivering controlled directional coverage without sacrificing SPL or tonal balance.

Driver Configuration & Acoustic Design

This two-way system pairs a 2262H 12-inch low-frequency driver with dual voice coil and dual magnetic gap construction for extended bass response with a 2432H high-frequency compression driver featuring a 1.5-inch exit and 3-inch voice coil. The large-format Progressive Transition (PT) waveguide and high-slope passive networks minimize band overlap, ensuring smooth transitions across the frequency spectrum and controlled 90° x 50° coverage patterns.

Construction & Mounting Flexibility

Heavy multi-ply birch enclosure with JBL's DuraFlex finish and extensive internal bracing provide rigid, durable performance in demanding environments. The 14-gauge steel grille lined with acoustically transparent foam protects components while maintaining clarity, and fifteen M10 threaded attachment points with a rotatable waveguide allow rapid repositioning between vertical and horizontal orientations.
