With a harmonious fusion of innovation and tradition, this harmonica offers a remarkable playing experience that will take your musical journey to new heights.

Innovation Meets Tradition

The 1847 CLASSIC PowerBender harmonica boasts a super airtight design and SEYDEL's unique Stainless Steel reeds, ensuring exceptional durability and resonance. This harmonica builds upon the time-honored Richter Tuning, enhancing it to make the most crucial notes readily accessible across its three-octave range.

Bend Like Never Before

One of the standout features of the PowerBender tuning is its ability to bend notes effortlessly. From holes 1 to 10, all draw notes can be bent with ease, allowing you to infuse your music with captivating expressiveness. On the un-valved version, you can even overblow every hole 1 to 10 for full chromatic playing, eliminating the need for overdraws and blow bends, which are seamlessly replaced with simple draw bends.

Half-Valved Versatility

For those who prefer versatility in their harmonica playing, the half-valved version of the PowerBender is an excellent choice. It offers a mix of normal draw bends and valved blow bends, providing full chromaticism. Brendan Power himself plays the PowerBender half-valved and highly recommends it for its adaptability and musical potential.

Intuitive Top Octave Playing

Navigating the top octave of the PowerBender harmonica is remarkably intuitive. Many familiar phrasings can be effortlessly adopted from the bottom octaves, allowing you to explore a wide range of musical styles with ease.

Common Positions Made Easy

Whether you're accustomed to playing in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 11th, or 12th positions, the PowerBender harmonica is designed to make your life easier. It offers a smooth and responsive playing experience across these common positions, ensuring you can seamlessly integrate it into your musical repertoire.

Your Versatile Musical Companion

If you're interested in exploring various musical styles on a diatonic harmonica, the PowerBender is a fantastic choice. Its ability to bend notes effortlessly, combined with its versatility in different positions, makes it a valuable companion for musicians looking to push their creative boundaries.
