This is one of those “if you know, you know” guitars. 2005 Fender Custom Shop ’67 Telecaster in Firemist Silver. Beautifully aged, killer player, and one of the best Telecasters I’ve owned. Plenty of checking in the nitrocellulose finish and loads of honest play wear that you just can’t fake.

Upgraded with a set of Monty’s ’50 Broadcaster pickups and Monty’s three-way wiring loom ($400+ upgrade). If you’re a fan of That Pedal Show, you know Matt Gleeson and Monty’s. The guitar absolutely screams and is hands down the best-sounding Telecaster I’ve owned.

Everything else is original aside from the brass saddles. Original saddles are included, along with the original COA, case candy and hang tags. The only known issue is one missing bridge-plate screw.

I’ve priced it accordingly because of the pickup swap and the missing bridge-plate screw, I’m selling it at a bit of a loss. Trust me, the Monty’s Broadcaster pickups are a welcome upgrade.

Ships securely in a very nice non-branded hard case, bubble wrapped and packed in a Reverb guitar shipping box. I will also purchase Reverb Shipping Protection for added peace of mind and to ensure the guitar is fully protected in transit.
