The 1939 Martin Style A Mandolin features a lightweight flatback body paired with a traditional European-style "bent" or "canted" top. This all-original example shows a good deal of play-wear, but is free of breaks, cracks, and repairs. Neck is quite straight at tension, showing just a hair of relief on the bass side. Original T frets are visibly worn but don't buzz. Very punchy and open-sounding Mando! Ships in the newish soft shell case shown.
