Refurbished Maestro PS-1A phase shifter with footswitch controller and a new 25-foot controller cable. Works as it should and sounds great. This is a player-grade unit, not a collector-grade example. The Maestro stickers are missing.
Work completed:
- Replaced all electrolytic capacitors.
- Installed new MC1458P ICs and IC sockets.
- Installed correct Molex connectors for the footswitch connection.
- Replaced the footswitch cable with a new 25-foot cable.
- Installed new footswitch bulbs.
- Carefully cleaned the pedal rocker-switch contacts; switches function properly with smooth action.
- Carefully inspected all solder joints.
- Checked against the schematic and parts list for this specific version and adjusted to schematic specifications. (will include a copy of both)
The previous footswitch wiring had been poorly modified. That connection has been corrected with proper Molex connectors and the new cable. The jacks are in great condition.
Fully functional and ready to use, with cosmetic shortcomings clearly noted above.
