ESP LTD James Hetfield Vulture Guitar Olympic White

The James Hetfield Vulture is a set-neck instrument engineered for aggressive metal playing, delivering responsive ergonomics and rock-solid stability under demanding conditions. Its thin U-contour neck and 24.75" scale length enable rapid position shifts and confident fret access across the entire fingerboard. This is a signature model built to the exacting standards of professional touring and studio work.

Playability & Feel

The thin U neck contour combined with a 350mm fingerboard radius and 42mm molded nut creates familiar ergonomics for fast, open voicings and position work. Set-neck mahogany construction ensures rock-solid sustain and structural stability, while LTD locking tuners and a TonePros locking TOM bridge with tailpiece maintain tuning integrity through aggressive playing and string bending.

Tone & Electronics

The EMG Het Set pickups deliver high-output clarity and punch: ceramic poles in the neck position provide fuller low-end attack, while steel pole pieces in the bridge offer tight attack and cleaner definition. Active electronics with dual independent volume knobs and a toggle switch provide versatile tonal shaping without compromise, essential for modern metal's demanding dynamics.
