Here for sale we have a Suhr Classic S Limited Edition Metallic Electric Guitar in Brandywine Metallic finish. Made for 2020 in the USA, this guitar consists of a 2-piece Alder body, a Roasted Flame Maple neck, and a 22-fret Fret Indian Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include Suhr Locking tuners, a Gotoh 510 2-Post Tremolo bridge, and Chrome hardware. The pickups installed in this guitar are two Suhr V60LP Single Coils in the neck and middle, and a Suhr SSH Humbucker in the bridge. These pickups are wired to a master volume, tone 1, tone 2, and a 5-way pickup selector.

The Roasted Maple neck plays astonishingly well, with the 'Even C Slim' profile filling the hand nicely for a substantial grip whilst remaining slim enough for fast and articulate playing. Certainly, the neck feels supremely comfortable and practical in all registers, whilst the Satin finish to the rear has been buffed to gloss and ensures that navigation of the 25.5" scale is an absolute breeze. The Indian Rosewood fingerboard is luxurious under the fingers, and with a 10"-14"" compound radius is tailored to the needs of the player at all times. It's rounder in the lower register for chord playing and transitions smoothly to a flatter surface as you climb the neck, perfect for solos and lead lines. The Jumbo Stainless Steel frets enhance the feel of vibrato and string bending techniques whilst also being more durable than traditional Nickel frets.

The Suhr V60LP single-coil pickups deliver quintessential ‘Strat’ sounds with a dash of Suhr's signature refinement. They sound sparkly with a hint of darkness, whilst retaining clarity with each note. The Suhr SSH passive humbucker in the bridge provides a bright & snappy tone without sounding at all brittle or harsh, and with a hot output can drive your amp into a searing overdrive tone for rock rhythm parts. However, with subtler amp settings the bridge offers a glassy clean tone. The middle position provides bright trebles and full warm bass, and lends itself well to rhythm tones. The neck pickup offers a smooth, warm, rounded tone that handles distorted tones as well as it handles clean tones.
