***unlike what Reverb suggests new Kremona Soloist S65C guitars sell for $599+tax+shipping

The Kremona Soloist S65C offers an impressive combination of traditional European craftsmanship, quality tonewoods, and comfortable playability at an accessible price.

Handcrafted in Europe, the S65C features a solid American red cedar top, rather than the laminated top commonly found on many entry-level classical guitars. Cedar provides a warm, responsive character that works especially well for classical music, fingerstyle playing, and softer dynamic expression. The sapele back and sides help maintain tonal balance and projection.

Another noteworthy feature is its set dovetail neck joint, a traditional construction method that provides a solid connection between the neck and body. The guitar also has an African mahogany neck, an Indian rosewood fingerboard and bridge, wood binding and rosette, and gold tuning machines with pearl buttons. These appointments give it a more refined feel and appearance than many guitars in its price category.
