The Fender Jazz King is a rare, specialized 140-watt solid-state guitar combo amplifier introduced by Fender in 2005. Derived from the design of Fender’s Steel King amplifier, it was explicitly built from the ground up to cater to the needs of jazz guitarists.
Pristine Headroom & Limiter: The solid-state design offers massive clean headroom so the amplifier never breaks up into unwanted distortion. It includes an on/off switchable limiter to prevent peak distortion even when digging into the strings.
Advanced EQ and Room Tuning: Along with a standard 3-band EQ, it features a unique "EQ Tilt" knob to quickly adjust for a venue's room acoustics (cutting mud or taming tinny high-end).
- Parametric Mid Controls: It includes a mid-frequency selector switch that acts like a 4-band EQ, allowing precision tweaking of the critical mid-range frequencies between 200 Hz and 1,000 Hz.
- Professional I/O: The rear panel includes an effects loop (FX send/return), a tuner output with a mute switch, and a professional XLR line output equipped with a ground lift and pre/post EQ selector for running directly into a PA system or recording interface.
- Reverb: Features a genuine Accutronics long-spring reverb tank for deep, classic Fender ambient depth.
- Speaker : Single 15-inch USA-made Eminence Legend speaker, selected to deliver a deep, full bottom-end and smooth highs without harshness.
- Weight: Approximately 50 to 55 lbs (22.6 to 25 kg)
Bought new and hardly used. Very light home use only. Perfect working order.
