Fender stratocaster 1982 Usa std also known as the
Dan Smith strat.
This is an early Dan Smith strat with a one piece maple and medium jumbo frets(refretted)
The body is alder and i don’t know probable refinished in a Satin finish and cery well done
The body is matching to the neck same serail number in the body pocket as on the headstock!
I cannot see anywhere a tip of paint did it ever had an another color !
The pickguard is an afrermarket perloid one
The pickups and now it gets interesting seem to be early Fullerton pickups with stagfering polepieces also used for the vintage reissue series, although the bobbins arw black plastic with the 016730 stamps.
The later Smith strats having Flat poles same number

The bridge what i believe is aVi rage reissue zinc big block but with the original blank saddles
Fender F tuners and F neckplate
No breaks ?
Guitar plays wonderful and sounds cery good
New set 010 super Slinky strings on it.
Setup is personal but plays great as is.
Comes in a black aftermarket hardshell case
