Any City and Colour / Dallas Green fans here? :)
Purchased from Mike and Mike's Guitar Bar in July (can provide receipt if needed). Freshly neck reset + refretted by them, plays better than new, intonates fantastically, records great, love this guitar. Selling it so I can get a Little Martin and be a hobo.
AUDIO SAMPLE OF THIS EXACT GUITAR HERE (Martin 00-17 -> Neve -> LA2A -> 15ips tape): [link removed oops, message me and I can share]
Any questions, feel free to ask! Cool to ship internationally (y'all be mindful of import fees on your end!), professionally packed. Can also pick up locally in Potts Point NSW. Listing info from July below:

The neck has two repaired cracks behind frets 1-2 on the treble-side of the carve, cleanly addressed and smooth to the touch. The body is crack-free, and the original satin finish has lacquer checking extending in all directions. There is one large scratch on the lower bout on top, with a similar circular scratch surrounding the endpin and a scuff through the lacquer on the treble-side upper both rim. Various dings and scuffs from decades of use round out the cosmetic wear. The neck profile has a smooth, inviting feel, with just one scuff through the gloss on the treble-side shoulder behind fret 5.
A vintage chipboard case is included.
