Wylde Audio RawTop Barbarian Norse Dragon Guitar

The Barbarian Norse Dragon grips your hand with authority through its substantial Zakk 'C' profile neck—thicker and more commanding than standard designs—while the set-neck construction with deep insert joint locks the neck to the body for exceptional sustain and resonance. Visually commanding with its striking quilted maple Rawtop finish over a mahogany body, this instrument delivers the sonic clarity and stage presence demanded by high-output playing and aggressive performance environments.

Playability & Feel

The three-piece maple neck resists warping and maintains rock-solid stability through extended sessions, while the ebony fretboard with 14-inch radius provides a smooth, fast playing surface engineered for aggressive fretting and string bending. All 22 X-Jumbo frets are fully accessible and responsive, and the Graph Tech XL Ivory Tusq nut reduces string friction while preserving intonation accuracy across the entire neck.

Tone & Electronics

The EMG 81/85 active humbucker pickups deliver high-output, well-defined tones ideal for heavy riffing and solos, with independent bridge and neck volume controls, a master tone knob, and 3-way switching for extensive sound-shaping. Hardware stability comes from Grover 102-18 tuning machines and a TonePros Tune-O-Matic bridge, both engineered to maintain accurate pitch under demanding playing conditions.
