Yamaha SGV 300 Flying Samurai Guitar 2000 - Metallic Red

I am selling my Yamaha SGV 300 “Flying Samurai” electric guitar from the early 2000s.

I will dispatch it in suitable packaging (with photos of the complete packaging before dispatch).

Serial number, as shown on the headstock: QJ15107

By 2026, this will be a collectable model – very rare in France, but above all, it’s in playing condition.

The SGV 300 pays homage to the Japanese brand’s 1960s models.

Its look is very Pop Art. It certainly makes an impression. It’s a must-have for any collection.

It features two fairly powerful pickups. It's runs OK with thick, heavy sounds (hard rock & stoner) as it is with crystal-clear tones (pop & surf music). The bridge pickup offers a double-coil or two single-coil settings, adjustable via the third knob (the other two are for volume and tone)

The gear was imported from Japan

Its body is made of alder, its neck is made of maple with a rosewood fingerboard.

Il s'agit en 2026 d'un modèle collectionnable, très rare en France, mais surtout jouable.
La SGV 300 est un hommage aux modèle des années 60 de la marque japonaise.
Son look est très POP art. Elle en laisse pas indifférent. Il faut en avoir une dans sa collection.
Elle possède deux micros assez généreux. Elle est autant à l'aise en son épais (hard & stoner) que cristallins (pop & surf music). Le micro chevalet propose un double bobinage ou deux simples, réglable avec le troisième bouton (les deux autres sont volume et tonalité)
Elle a été importée du japon
Son corps est en aulne, son manche est en érable avec une touche rapportée en palissandre.
