Josephson C705 LDC Microphone
For sale here is a Josephson C705 large diaphragm condenser microphone. This C705 is in excellent condition; it looks, works, and sounds exactly as it should. Any cosmetic blemishes are very minimal. The photos are representative.
The C705 is a phenomenal microphone. The capsule is a single-diaphragm design, physically baffled from the back, much like the Sony C-37. This gives the mic a remarkable proximity effect, and it's especially neutral off-axis. The high end is smooth and natural. It is my favorite vocal mic these days, and I'm only selling this one because I've determined that I don't really need a pair.
This C705 is sold in good faith, as pictured and described here, but otherwise as-is. Ships in a Josephson box with the original mic cover, bag, and brochure. Please ask questions if you have any, and thanks for looking.
