Description:
iSK RSM-1 ribbon studio microphone, a passive figure-8 ribbon with a 2" aluminum ribbon. Warm, smooth top end that suits vocals, guitar amps, horns, drum overheads and room mics. It is also useful for taking the edge off bright digital recordings.
Includes the microphone, the metal shockmount and the aluminum hard case with fitted foam.
Condition: Very Good, with light cosmetic wear. Ribbon is intact and straight. Tested working, with clean output and no hum. [Remove this line if you haven't tested it.]
Passive ribbon mics need a quiet preamp with plenty of gain. Do not blast air into the grille, and use a pop filter on vocals.
Ships well packed in the hard case, inside a second box, insured.
