Pedal is in very good condition. It works well and there are no issues with it electronically as it still plays great.

Physically/aesthetically on the bottom plate there may be spots visible where there was once velcro, but the velcro and any adhesive residue have been removed.

The pedal was designed to be old school and powered by battery only, but I currently have it set up with a 9v adapter that can be used with an isolated 9v power source. To allow for the 9v adapter I purchased a fuzz face bottom extender. This extender has 2-3 opening sections that allow you to use an adapter and still use the bottom plate, but without the bottom plate crimping or otherwise damaging the 9v adapter's wire. The pedal will be shipped with the adapter and the extender, but both can be easily removed for those who wish to power the pedal by 9v battery.

The pedal is designed to be like a vintage fuzz so avoid using the pedal with a daisy-chained 9v power source, only either a 9v battery or isolated 9v source. I have always used my MXR mini iso brick with no issues. Also, you can pair this fuzz face with one of those batter simulators where you can turn down the power source from the isolated 9v source to less than 9v to get a different attack or even a dying battery sound from the fuzz. Obviously, you cannot do the same if you are using a battery, but if you do use a battery, as the battery is drained, it will have a similar effect on the pedals sound.

The pedal does not come with the original box.
