Squier Affinity Precision Bass PJ; Black: Serial No: CY190907820 | Second Hand

Versatile 4-string electric bass guitar combining classic Fender body architecture, lightweight construction, and a hybrid PJ pickup configuration.

The Squier Affinity Series Precision Bass PJ serves as an accessible entry point into the Fender instrument family, delivering legendary design cues and foundational bass tone. Engineered to accommodate entry-level players and working musicians alike, this model balances historic aesthetic appeal with practical modern refinements.

Constructed around a thin, lightweight poplar body, the instrument is shaped for maximum playing comfort during extended sessions. The bolt-on maple neck features a slim "C"-shaped profile paired with a 9.5"-radius fingerboard and 20 medium jumbo frets. Hardware appointments include a standard 4-saddle bridge for stable intonation, vintage-style open-gear tuning machines with split shafts for efficient string changes, and dual volume controls paired with a master tone circuit.

Versatile Sonic Performance

• PJ Pickup Hybrid System: Features a ceramic split single-coil Precision Bass neck pickup and a ceramic single-coil Jazz Bass bridge pickup to cover a wide range of sonic textures.

• Dual Volume & Master Tone Control: Independent volume knobs for each pickup allow precise blending of punchy low-end growl and articulate bridge bite.

• Broad Genre Adaptability: Versatile pickup voicing supports seamless transitions across rock, funk, jazz, pop, and blues applications.

Ergonomic Architecture & Hardware

• Lightweight Poplar Body: Ergonomic body contour and reduced thickness minimize shoulder fatigue without sacrificing low-end acoustic resonance.

• Slim "C" Neck Profile: Smooth satin-finished neck profile reduces drag and provides a comfortable hand position across all fret registers.

• Reliable Tuning Hardware: Vintage-style open-gear tuners and a sturdy 4-saddle bridge maintain consistent pitch stability and intonation adjustment.
