I’m not the original owner, but from what I was told, this one’s been a player its entire life. Nice 60s neck feels fast to play, and it has some really cool vintage specs.
Definitely not “mint” condition, but given its age I think it qualifies as “very good” condition.
The neck is straight, truss rod has plenty of life left, frets are nice and smooth will little to no visible play wear, nice low action, intonation is decent.
I did modify the tailpiece to make it sit a little closer to the pickup to help out the intonation. If you view some of Billie Joe’s juniors up close this is a modification his tech does.
DISCLAIMER: Some of these ebony models didn’t have ink stamped serial numbers, so it’s hard to read. This guitar has NO history of repairs.
