Laney CUB-212 Cabinet

The Laney CUB-212 is a compact, portable speaker cabinet built for players who need serious output without sacrificing mobility. Its open-back design delivers a responsive, breathing tone that suits everything from blues to classic rock, while the lightweight construction makes it genuinely practical for gigging musicians.

Design & Build Quality

At just 13.8 kg (28.6 lbs), this cabinet manages significant presence without the dead weight of closed-back designs. The open-back configuration naturally extends the low-end response and creates an airy character that feels more alive in a room than sealed alternatives.

Tone & Speaker Configuration

The dual 12" custom HH drivers deliver 100 watts of power handling, producing warm, articulate midrange and controlled bass extension typical of Laney's speaker pairing philosophy. At 8 ohms impedance, this cabinet pairs seamlessly with most tube and solid-state amplifier heads.
