Suhr Custom Modern HSH – Black Pearl Metallic, Roasted Swamp Ash, 3A Roasted Birdseye Neck
Our users rate Reverb
Custom-spec Suhr Modern built for authorized Suhr dealer Matt's Music Center.
Black Pearl Metallic gloss top with tinted ivoroid binding over a roasted swamp ash body, a 3A roasted birdseye maple neck and fingerboard, and gold hardware throughout. The roasted woods aren't just for looks: roasting makes the neck and body more stable through seasonal humidity changes.
Classic Modern playability: Modern Elliptical .820–.870 neck, 10"–14" compound radius with extra-rolled edges, 24 jumbo stainless frets, Gotoh 510 two-point trem and Suhr locking tuners. HSH pickups (SSV neck, V60LP middle, SSH+ bridge) with a push-pull that splits both humbuckers, so it covers glassy single-coil cleans through high-gain rhythm and lead.
Condition: Excellent. This guitar was rarely played and has lived in a case since I acquired it in early 2023. I am the original owner.
Included: Original Suhr hardshell case, plus trem arm, spec sheet, case candy.
